1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. In case of any significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2,500 within India.
- Any additional duties, taxes, or fees applicable to international orders (if available) will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

- Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.

- International shipping (if available) may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our logistics partner's website.
5. Delivery Issues

- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
- Missed Deliveries: If delivery is missed due to an unavailable recipient, our shipping partner may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility. Please coordinate with the delivery service directly for re-delivery arrangements.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we deliver products across India. If international shipping is available, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Shipments: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographs of the damaged product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us with your order number, and we will assist in resolving the issue with our logistics partner.
