1. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
    • Only size and product exchanges are permitted. Custom-made, tailored items, and fabrics sold by the meter are not eligible for exchange.
  • Process for Exchange:
    • To request an exchange, please contact us at 9999875605 or support@lamokshfabrics.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
    • Upon approval, ship the item back to us. The shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Exchange Shipment:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product. The customer will be informed via email or phone regarding the status of the exchange.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item has been shipped.
    • Items eligible for a refund must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
    • No refunds will be provided for custom-made or tailored products, fabrics cut by meter, or sale items.
  • Process for Refund:
    • If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at 9999875605 or support@lamokshfabrics.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
    • After your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on returning the item. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
    • Custom-made and tailored items
    • Fabrics sold by the meter
    • Discounted or sale items
    • Gift cards

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund if the issue is verified.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
