1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging and all tags intact.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom-made, tailored, or altered products, discounted or sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Fabrics sold by the meter are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • If you do not receive the refund within the stipulated time, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us with details of the issue, and we will assist you in arranging the exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
